Data Analyst

Own the weekly revenue dashboard: pull data from three regional systems, reconcile it, and present trends the sales team can act on. You will partner directly with the VP of Sales to translate raw pipeline data into a clear weekly narrative. Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a modern BI tool are required, along with clear written communication. The team currently tracks deals in Salesforce, though no CRM experience is required. Comfort presenting numbers and their caveats to a non-technical audience matters the most.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the weekly regional revenue dashboard across three source systems
- Reconcile discrepancies between regional reports before they reach leadership
- Partner with the VP of Sales on a weekly narrative read by the executive team
- Flag data quality issues upstream instead of patching them inside the report
Requirements
- 2+ years in an analyst, BI, or reporting role
- Strong SQL, including joins and window functions
- Hands-on experience with a modern BI tool such as Looker or Tableau
- Comfortable presenting numbers, and their caveats, to a non-technical audience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Familiarity with regional or multi-location revenue reporting
- Prior experience documenting analyst workflows for a team
