The Gap
A resume can't prove you can do the job.
If you're applying
Hiring filters on credentials and keywords, not ability. A candidate with real skill from a nontraditional path loses to a brand-name credential of equal, or lesser, ability.
If you're hiring
Verifying whether a candidate can actually do the job is the hardest, most expensive part of hiring. Every resume is a gamble until someone is already on payroll.

The Process
How verification actually works.
The intake reads the job, whole.
You submit the job title, the full job description, and your resume. The resume is parsed to plain text on the server before any model sees it. The job description isn't reduced to keywords first: it's read whole, the same text a human reviewer would get.

How keyword screening reads it
Own the weekly revenue dashboard: pull data from three regional systems, reconcile it, and present trends the sales team can act on. You will partner directly with the VP of Sales to translate raw pipeline data into a clear weekly narrative. Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a modern BI tool are required, along with clear written communication. The team currently tracks deals in Salesforce, though no CRM experience is required. Comfort presenting numbers and their caveats to a non-technical audience matters the most.
