The Founders
Built by people who've stood on both sides of the hiring table.

Kishore Nuthalapati
Co-founder & CEO
Kishore Nuthalapati is the co-founder and CEO of Aptivae, the proof layer hiring has never had. He leads investor relations, fundraising, and company build-out, working alongside a team focused on turning verified skills into real job placements. Under his leadership, Aptivae has grown from an early concept into a B2B2C marketplace with three applicant-routing paths, already reaching 10 beta users and 4 interview placements. Kishore is driven by a broader interest in building systems people can actually trust, whether that means an AI hiring platform or the research he does on calibration and reliability in intelligent systems.

Nehant Bobbily
Co-founder & CMO
Nehant Bobbily is co-founder and CMO of Aptivae, the proof layer hiring has never had. He leads go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and early customer discovery, and designed and ran the company's outreach program to HR leaders and technical recruiters across the industry, personally conducting validation interviews to pressure-test core product assumptions. He built Aptivae's brand identity, product messaging, and public-facing content, including its pitch materials and investor-facing documentation. He also led hands-on user research, gathering direct feedback from both recruiters and candidates that reshaped the product's core mechanics, most notably shifting the work-assessment model to be opt-in after learning how unpaid take-home assignments were damaging candidate trust industry-wide.

Rishabh Kumar
Co-founder, CFO & CTO
Rishabh Kumar is co-founder, CFO, and CTO of Aptivae, the proof layer hiring has never had. He leads engineering and finance, building the verification system that turns a graded project into something an employer can independently check. Rishabh came to the problem from both sides of evaluation: as an analyst at an investment fund, where he learned how hard a claim gets tested before anyone commits money to it, and as a consultant to a firm serving nonprofits, where he rebuilt fundraising and visibility for organizations that had real substance but no credible way to signal it. He also founded and runs an independent coaching business, his first experience turning a service into paying customers.
